Engaging speakers included: Paula Laine\/Sitra, M\u00e5rten Mickos\/HackerOne, Ville Tolvanen and Juha Pankakoski\/Konecranes.<\/p>\n<p>Learnings:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>First learn how to lead yourself, before you are able to lead others<\/li>\n<li>Don&#8217;t be afraid of the foggy weather &#8211; full steam ahead even then!<\/li>\n<li>Make mistakes, be curious. Sometimes be disobedient, be the punk rocker of your own life<\/li>\n<li>If you do one thing more than expected every day, you are on your way in becoming a leader\u20285. Create a vision that everyone understands, aim sky high<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Forest was filled with motivation, old&amp;new friends, DJ&#8217;s &amp; movies, tent sauna &amp; hot tubs, something for every sense, workshops &amp; super speakers.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;I recommend Kelkkaprojekti warmly!
