Kelkkaprojekti was moderating a most inspiring panel discussion on future leaders in the woods. Engaging speakers included: Paula Laine/Sitra, Mårten Mickos/HackerOne, Ville Tolvanen and Juha Pankakoski/Konecranes.

Learnings:

1. First learn how to lead yourself, before you are able to lead others
2. Don’t be afraid of the foggy weather – full steam ahead even then!
3. Make mistakes, be curious. Sometimes be disobedient, be the punk rocker of your own life
4. If you do one thing more than expected every day, you are on your way in becoming a leader
5. Create a vision that everyone understands, aim sky high

Forest was filled with motivation, old&new friends, DJ’s & movies, tent sauna & hot tubs, something for every sense, workshops & super speakers.
