Lost in Tampere

The call of the North was heard in the summer of 2021 when we implemented the interior design of Finland’s first Lost Tacos restaurant in Levi. The Lostari family grew tighter day by day and layer by layer of paint, and on opening day, everyone felt they had earned a margarita.

Of course, the story of Lost Tacos didn’t end there. In the summer of 2022, we implemented Lost Tacos no. 2, hello Tampere! The address was different, but the idea of the space’s atmosphere was the same: personal, approachable, flea market treasures juxtaposed with carefully selected shades and familiar elements. The spirit of the work also remained unchanged; work was done with love and enthusiasm until the last moment, both in the kitchen and in the dining area. This time too, the entire extended family had been gathered: summer vacationers wove more Lostari character into the rattan lamps, friends customized furniture and participated in road trips to Tampere and back, detouring through flea markets.

Richer with new friends and more familiar with the magic of Tampere after this project. Thank you, Lost Bois Tampere, for letting us be part of your journey. Ándale! have a seat.
