Alternating momentary experiences and, as a counterbalance, frameworks in which one hopefully lives for years. A big brush and millimeter paper. Fortunately, Kelkkaprojekti’s days are full of everything. Small and large. Always equally important.

During last spring and summer, in addition to larger projects, we have been furnishing a temporary home for television, thinking about sensory experiences for various launches, styling stages, decorating garden parties, cake parties or just re-furnishing living spaces. We have pondered the deepest essence of the brand and clarified the visual identity, for example, by updating the logo or with a marketing stunt.

In these cases, everything always starts with discussions with the customer, and rarely ends up in a situation where “you get what you order”, but always something more. When ordering, the customer often may not yet know what all their wishes are. So we are happy to add fuel to the fire and challenge a little more. A memory trace is created from the sum of many things, involvement and surprises. A little something extra is always needed for magic dust.

We worked with Sisse as a set design pair in planning an influencer event. We asked Sisse to join Miltton’s event production team because we knew that Sisse, if anyone, has a wide range of contacts, ideas and tested practical solutions needed for decoration in her backpack, which will streamline our production and the design of the event’s look. In event production, last-minute circumstances often arise, in solving which an experienced approach to last-minute fixes, quick wits and a person who spreads good cheer around them in the team is a secret weapon more valuable than gold. For the Kamppi talks event, we wanted the stage to be beautiful, abundant and pastel, with a warm atmosphere. At the same time, we wanted the stage to function as a kind of showcase for as many stores operating in Kamppi as possible and to implement the stage’s interior design with products found in the stores. Sisse from Kelkkaprojekti was able to perfectly realize our vision by utilizing the furniture and color scheme we selected from Kamppi’s stores. Sisse also brought many brilliant, insightful ideas to the plan, which finalized the beautiful ‘eye candy’ ensemble and the desired atmosphere.
